Ah To is a comic artist and illustrator from Hong Kong , currently based in London.

He has published seven books, including comics, Cantonese-language books, children's books, and board game creations, which have been distributed in Hong Kong.

In 2016, he won the "Best Political Cartoon award" in Hong Kong, and in 2017, he received the Hong Kong Golden Book Awards for "Best Illustrated Book." He also won the "Graphic Book Publication Award" at the 2nd Hong Kong Publishing Biennial Award and the "Best Publication Award in Children's Books" at the 3rd Hong Kong Publishing Biennial Award in 2021. He has participated in several exhibitions and art festivals.
